HP Photosmart Inkjet Printer Change In Web Services

One of the following error messages displays on your printer control panel when attempting to use web services:

Server Connection Error. There was a problem connecting to the server. Press retry, or OK to exit.

Web Services Problem. Problem connecting to Web Services server.
-
Server Connection Error. Unable to connect to Web Services. Confirm internet access and try again.
As of September 1, 2016, the following features are no longer available.

eFax
-
HP ePrint
-
HP Printables and Printer Apps

Scan to email, Scan to cloud, other web-based scan services
Go to the eFax or Google Cloud Print websites, or download apps to your mobile device for similar services or apps that were available on your printer.

eFax: Go to eFax (in English) to review alternate mobile and PC-based fax options available there. There might be other fax options available via other providers.

ePrint: As an alternative to HP ePrint, go to Google Cloud Print (in English) to set up your printer as a “classic printer” to use Google Cloud print with your printer.

HP Printables and Printer Apps: Mobile apps are available in the Apple and Google app stores for Google Drive, Google Calendar, Family Search, and Shoeboxed.

Scan to email: Use the HP AiO Printer Remote app to scan a document to email from your mobile device. The HP AiO Printer Remote app is available in the Apple and Google app stores. Go to Using the HP AiO Printer Remote App (Android & Apple) for more information.
